The Watchtower's Rabbinically-Calculated Memorial or "Lord's Evening Meal"

Does anyone else find it hypocritical that the Watchtower Bible & Tract Society of New York / Pennsylvania, Inc. bashes the Rabbis (saying things like "God has no more dealings with the Jews") while at the same time relying on the Rabbinical post-"Jesus" intercalated lunisolar calendar for the calculation of Nisan the 14th?

(See April in the following calendar)

Hebrew Calendar (today's is NOT the same as the one used in the 1st Century)

Julian Calendar (used then by Jews for "civic matters such as the payment of taxes and dealings with government officials", but only used by the Orthodox Church for moveable feast days, now)

For those who don't quite get what I'm getting at, so-called Karaite Jews still object to the intercalated calendar used by Orthodox Jews (inheritors of the traditions of the Pharisees) today, preferring to OBSERVE with their eyes the signs in the heavens.

If I remember correctly, I have seen differences between Karaite and Orthodox Jewish Feasts/Festival dates as great as a month!  The crescent moon is EXTREMELY hard to spot with the naked eye.  I have tried!

But what does the so-called "Apostle Paul" say?  "Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.  I am afraid for you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain." (Galatians 4:10,11)  This because Paul taught AGAINST the Law of Moses, an accusation he tries to avoid ONLY when around Torah-observant Jews.  It would appear that some of the disciples of Paul are just as hypocritical as he was.
